Maya Raber

Maya is the founder of Tulip Management. She enjoys utilizing her engineering and senior management expertise to deliver training, provide one-one-one coaching, and develop engaging training content for participants in the high-tech industry.

Her experience prior to founding Tulip Management includes:

  • Delivery of world-class products in the enterprise, internet, and consumer industries

  • Building and leading high performance product development organizations

  • Experience in successful startups, mid-size, and fortune-500 companies

  • Leadership of rapid growth, turnaround, out-sourcing, and off-shoring business situations

  • Management of distributed organizations in the U.S., Asia, and Europe

  • 18+ years of successful track record in the high-tech industry

 

Maya is a graduate of the Technion Institute of Technology in Israel

Cristina Lively
   Cristina Lively

Cristina is an expert in leadership development for high tech, media, and life science companies.

Her specialized experience spans over a decade working with both startups and established companies,

delivering impactful and transformative training programs.

 

She enjoys collaborating with innovative companies that create products and services at the forefront of enterprise software, security, storage, networking services, mobile platforms, semiconductors, EDA, ecommerce, supply chain, marketing automation, gaming, green tech, life sciences, medical devices, FinTech, AdTech, automotive, and, most recently, AI applications.

 

She is a graduate of UC Berkeley in California

George Manning
George Manning

George provides technical leadership and guidance to executive teams, colleagues, and external partners. He is passionate about mentoring and coaching the next generation.

George has many years in technology, first as a software developer on personal computers, mainframes, the web and mobile devices. He has been promoted to manager and senior leadership at IBM, Kodak, Salesforce, GM/Cruise and SaverLife.  In recent years he has provided fractional IT governance and guidance to nonprofit organizations.

Fun facts:

Loves spending time with family and friends. Enjoys outdoor activities including running 100km trails, 100 mile cycling events and open water swimming. Recently he completed his first IRONMAN 140.6 mile event. He gives back to the community by volunteering at nonprofit organizations, both at the individual contributor level as well as a board member and president roles. 

 

Faith Wan
Faith Wan

Faith has over 20 years of Human Resources leadership experience, worked in both US and China for companies across technology, e-commerce, consumer goods, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing industries. She has partnered with Sr. leadership teams, led HR functions, and built capabilities and infrastructures. As HR leader she leads organizational transformation and drives growth for businesses at different sizes and stages. 
 
She believes we all can tap into our potential and keep learning and growing. She dedicates her time and enjoys being a coach and group facilitator, building connections, facilitating individual growth and group learning. 

She is a graduate of the Wright Graduate University and the South China University of Technology.

Martha Rothbaum
Martha Rothbaum

Martha, CPCC, is an experienced facilitator, executive coach, and working parent who works with clients around the world, helping them become more effective (and happier!) leaders. Through 1:1 coaching and group learning sessions, Martha’s work balances all sides of professional development - the intellectual and emotional, the practical and aspirational, the serious and humorous, the theoretical and tactical. She is endlessly curious about helping leaders create culture, systems and processes that enable themselves, their teams and their businesses to thrive.

 

Martha has worked in the tech sector for 10+ years and has loved wearing many hats throughout this time: Project Manager, Chief of Staff, Head of Learning and Development, and now full-time executive coach and facilitator. Some tech companies she’s recently work with do growth marketing, ecommerce, security, data aggregation, and health care.

 

Common topics that arise in her work include navigating hard conversations, emotional regulation, increasing self-awareness, and improving on leadership skills like delegation, prioritization, leading effective meetings and 1:1s, change management, stakeholder management, building trusting relationships, and feedback (receiving, soliciting, giving).

 

She is a graduate of the University of Michigan, Brooklyn Law School and is a certified coach through The Co-Active Training Institute

Loves reading fiction, practicing yoga, going hiking, and playing all types of sports with her two young boys - tennis, paddle tennis, football, soccer, and baseball, and exploring new cities

 

Kate Walker
Kate Walker

Kate Walker, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has over two decades of experience working in Human Resources, driving growth, transformation, and culture within organizations. As a strategic and tactical leader, she’s partnered with senior-most company executives, led the HR function, and built out HR infrastructure.

 

She has worked for notable global companies such as The William Morris Agency, JWT, TBWA Chiat Day, Publicis, USTA, Nintendo and more. She is a graduate of San Diego State University with a B.A in Speech Communication.

 

As an HR leader, she provides confidential and trusted space for the c-suite and senior leaders to work through strategies, challenges, decisions, and change management. She’s led organizational development projects to explore, design, and build teams that align with business models. She’s designed, launched, and facilitated training on performance management, leadership development, and team effectiveness.

 

She has a strong passion for 1:1 executive coaching, small group coaching, and mastermind facilitation.
